This description could just be very short and sweet! A truly stunning inland villa that has to be viewed to be appreciated. You have probably heard it many times I know but never has a comment be so true. The villa is not too far from the motorway either giving great access for airports and larger towns. Almeria airport and Murcia are around 1 hour 20 minutes with Alicante around 2 hours. This is ample for a car and lots of storage. After this you have a water deposit and pump housing. The villa is on mains electric and it has water delivered via tanker that is then pumped into the house. Each delivery costs 55€ and lasts normally around 2 months. This system ensures pressure is always perfect and you are never cut off! After this building is the central heating casita with oil tank and boiler. A state of the art system which is economical and very efficient. Then at the end of this row is a log store which keeps the logs dry for the winter months and these serve the log burner in the lounge. Moving around the house you will find a two storey home with extended terracing from the rear around a 10 x 5m private salt water pool. Much better for your skin and needing far less chemicals per year. The views from here are just superb and provide the perfect back drop to this entertaining area which is of course much used. To the right of the pool is then another outbuilding in the form of an outside kitchen and bar. Fitted out perfectly for your summer BBQ´s with friends and family. Kitchen units, extractor, BBQ, storage, fridge and of course the bar. The rear of the house again has extended terracing with seating areas because as mentioned the view from everywhere is impressive.
Moving to the rear door is a small porch area and directly in front is a separate toilet for the pool use so little ones don´t run through the house. To the right is then the main door into the kitchen. WOW! Is all can say for the kitchen. The owner was quick to point out here just what a quality feature this is to the house. Everything is upgraded from appliances to units to worktops and believe me, the final product commands the admiration the investment intended. At the end of the kitchen to the left is a separate utility room. The kitchen then leads into the hallway with a front door at the end. This leads into an enclosed covered terrace looking over the pool courtyard. This has seen another substantial improvement with sliding glass curtains that form a lovely warm winter dayroom or they slide back to make an open covered terrace for the hotter months. Either way a much used room again looking at those views. Back into the house the hallway then leads into the large lounge with a feature log burning stove and double doors out into the covered terrace. The ground floor layout is then completed with two ample double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bathroom again demonstrates the level of quality this villa sets with upgraded tiles, expensive glass shower door, mirrors and light fittings. Nothing anywhere disappoints. From the hallway is then a marble feature staircase with double windows up to the first floor. Here is a landing area, the master suite with a very large double bedroom and en-suite. The bedroom has double doors out to a wrap around terrace looking over the pool area and down the valley with views to dream of. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower.
The property offers many extras including Sat TV, internet, oil central heating throughout, mosquito screens throughout and the owner has agreed the property could include some furniture by negotiation and as you would expect after walking around this home the furniture is a very high quality. I don´t think I can say anything else other than if I wasn´t such a poor estate agent I would be buying this property myself tomorrow!
